Folk/Pop/Rock and Contemporary Celtic composer and musician Kelly Moore has recently finished recording his highly anticipated full length album "Silently Hoping" in Nashville TN. and is preparing for an end of the year release. Proceeds will go to his foundation Music For Mankind® and will be available for digital download internationally.
"I'm really pleased with how "Silently Hoping" turned out." states Kelly Moore. "Every recording really takes on it's own character and identity near the finish point, and it's incredible to watch the 'birth' of a new one. I really like this one. Different, yet many similarities to my other two."
The title track of the album "Silently Hoping" was an instant inspriation. " 'Silently Hoping' was a direct result of my trip to Nicaragua, and seeing children with severe malnutrition and the '100 mile stare'. It's sad and very powerful at the same time. It motivates me incredibly to do all I can with my concerts to help those in such need."
Recently, Moore has been meeting with local, state and national politicians including the office of Senator Patrick Leahy and Congressman Peter Welch. In addition, Kelly has also met with Massachusetts Congressman Jim McGovern and Missouri Congresswoman JoAnn Emerson.
